I'm keeping a low profile today. Staying at home. It's Children's Day.
I have nothing against children. With a bit of garlic and chilli, they can be quite tasty, although I couldn't eat a whole one.
But, I just know that the streets of Liuzhou are going to be more than usually full of overfed, spoiled demanding brats. But that’s the Local Government. The children are even worse.
Every restaurant, shop and park is going to be full of the little monsters running around screaming and generally making nuisances of themselves while their parents grin idiotically.
As ivry fule noes, the useless, smelly and noisy vermin should be quarantined until they reach the age of around 18 when, after exhaustive tests of their sanity, hygeine and social skills, they may be released into society on conditional licences.
