It's been a bit humid recently. Well, that is a slight understatement. In fact, it has been subaquatic. I am developing gills and fins while carefully avoiding hooks.
It's the same every Spring.
Everything you touch feels sodden. I can't print anything from my computer. The paper is too damp. Walls feel clammy. Washing clothes is a major nightmare. Well washing them isn't. Drying them is. You hang them up, wait a week and they are still wet. But now they stink, so you have to wash them again.
Well, at least we aren't freezing any more.

Laowai - I would love to buy a copy -as in a REAL photograph - of the
bridge photograph - is there any way that could be arranged? One of my
happiest memories of Liu Zhou is walking across the bridge with my new
Chinese daughter. Please contact me by email if there is any way I can buy
a copy from you.
BTW - good to see you back, I was beginning to worry that you had decided
also to go to prison for an easier (if blogless) life : )
I'd be happy to email you if you left an email address! :)
Sorry Loa Wai - I thought the email would be availible to you as I always
fill it our on the comment form. Anyway - it is
