Never a place for shirking its duty to be extreme, Liuzhou has gone from torrential rain and floods into a heatwave. As it does every year. Fortunately, there is plenty water in the river for people to jump into to cool down.
Next week, they won't have to. According to the weather forecasts, next week we will have a heatwave and torrrential rains at the same time. Free hot showers!
