A Pushover
In the centre of the city, there is a building site. Actually the centre of the city is a building site, but I am referring to one particular building. They have been working on this building for around ten years. A spate of construction would go on; the developers would run out of cash; the site would be deserted for months or years; then they would start again.
Like all other sites in China, they began by building a containing wall around the entire site. As the project finally nears completion they are tearing down the site wall. Well, not so much tearing down as pushing over.
