If the Albert Hall ever runs short of holes, we have plenty here in Liuzhou. It seems that every week or so holes appear and usually someone falls in.
It seems that no one fell into this one, which was formed yesterday when an underground drainage tunnel became overloaded after the recent heavy rains. The drain collapsed taking the road with it and leaving a 6 metre wide, 3 metre deep hole.

direct reason is heavy rain,but further reason might be rising of water
level caused by downstream dam to store water
